Custom-order

Not all Hale Mercantile products are in-stock, some are custom-order with an 8-week lead time. Custom-order products are easily identifiable on our product page, but please contact customer service if you need assistance. 

If you purchase a custom-order product as well as an in-stock product, our customer service representative will contact you to see if you prefer a split shipment with the in-stock product dispatched promptly, or if you would prefer to wait and receive the products collectively. If we do not receive a response from you we will ship the products collectively.

Lead Time

Our lead-time of 8 weeks is approximate, with products typically arriving sooner than estimated. Custom-order products are made-to-order in Europe before travelling to Australia so we ask for your patience in receiving them.

Returns 

As custom-order products are not part of our core collection they are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Please read our shipping and returns policy for more information.

Why we do Custom

We want to cater to the wide-ranging needs of our customers, however some sizes and colours within our range are less in demand. We prefer to make these products on a case-by-case basis, to circumvent the unnecessary use of material and energy.
