Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on purchases for change of mind. To arrange an exchange or credit of your order please notify us within 10 days of receipt and organise the return of goods to us within 7 days of your notification. Credit notes are valid for a period of 12 months. Items must be in perfect condition, unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact. We do not accept returns for Bedheads, Quilts and Coverlets.

Made-to-Order:

Please note that Made-to-Order items are not part of our core range. Made-to-Order items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. For more information, read our policy on here.

Order Cancellation:

If you would like to cancel your order contact our team on +61 3 99381267 as soon as possible. Please note, orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
